Partnership: The MOST Association, in collaboration with the City of Zabrze and the Forum of Non-Governmental Organisations Working on Behalf of People with Disabilities, the Sick and Their Families, known as \u201eRAZEM\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Value of the project<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total value of the project is PLN 2 196 191.93 , 
of which the funding secured amounts to 2,086,382.33 PLN,  
of which PLN 1,866,763.14 came from the European Social Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Social Integration Centre in Zabrze will focus on providing social employment and facilitating the professional and social reintegration of people at risk of social exclusion by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 developing the skills needed to fulfil social roles and attain the social status available to those who are not socially excluded;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 acquiring vocational skills and undergoing vocational training, retraining or upgrading one\u2019s vocational qualifications;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 learning to plan one\u2019s life and meet one\u2019s needs through one\u2019s own efforts, in particular by earning one\u2019s own income through employment or self-employment;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 teaching people how to manage their money wisely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the Social Employment Act of 13 June 2003, the Centre's services can be used in particular:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 homeless people following an individual programme to overcome homelessness, as defined by the social welfare legislation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 people with alcohol dependence, having completed a psychotherapy programme at a rehabilitation centre,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 people addicted to drugs or other intoxicating substances, having completed a treatment programme at a healthcare facility,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014people with mental health conditions, as defined by the legislation on mental health protection,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 the long-term unemployed as defined by the legislation on employment promotion and labour market institutions,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 those released from prison who are experiencing difficulties in integrating into society, as defined by the social welfare legislation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 refugees undertaking an individual integration programme, as defined by the provisions on social assistance,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 people with disabilities, as defined by the legislation on vocational and social rehabilitation and the employment of people with disabilities, who are socially excluded and, due to their life circumstances, are unable to meet their basic living needs through their own efforts, and find themselves in a situation that leads to poverty and prevents or restricts their participation in professional, social and family life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individuals who cannot benefit from the assistance offered by the Social Employment Act are those who are entitled to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
