Social inclusion)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duration: 2019-01-01 - 2021-12-31<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br><\/strong>Partnership: The Forum of Non-Governmental Organisations Working on Behalf of People with Disabilities, the Sick and Their Families, known as \u201eRAZEM\u201d, in collaboration with the MOST Association for the Support of Non-Governmental Organisations<br>and the FORUM Social Cooperative<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A project for people who are unable to look after themselves, people with disabilities aged 60 and over, and local residents<br>from Zabrze and the surrounding area provides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access to care services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The option to use support services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The opportunity to take part in Senior Club activities \u2013 with the support of a carer or assistant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the Senior Citizens\u2019 Club programme (twice a week), general fitness classes will be held, with a meal provided for participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>computer classes (including using the Internet);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fitness activities (including yoga)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cultural education activities (including trips to the cinema and the theatre)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>psychological and family counselling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creation of a self-help group among senior citizens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project participants are required to pay a fee representing the minimum personal contribution required for the project, which comprises a contribution towards the employment of assistants for people with disabilities within the project and participation in the Senior Citizens\u2019 Club.
