\u201eTo deliver training for the participants of the project entitled: \u2018Towards a Better Life\u2019,<\/strong>
\u201din the field of security and property surveillance staff\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We encourage anyone interested to submit a tender for the provision of vocational training by 22 November 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. <\/strong>Description of the subject of the contract.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The subject of the contract is to deliver a \u2018Security and Property Surveillance\u2019 training course for 5 to 8 people with disabilities, comprising 80 teaching hours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Number of participants and training dates:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The training programme is to be delivered from the date the contract is signed until 22 December 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Expected number of participants \u2013 minimum number of participants: 5; maximum number of participants: 8<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The programme should cover the following thematic areas:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. TRAINING PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      Training content for each individual session<\/td>Number of theory hours<\/td>Number of practical hours<\/td><\/tr>
      Basic health and safety issues; First aid; Fire protection, fire safety in buildings, fire-fighting equipment; Job responsibilities \u2013 legal issues; Job responsibilities \u2013 welcoming visitors, checking their identity and providing them with information regarding the layout of the premises and the rules governing their operation; issuing and collecting keys; maintaining a logbook; monitoring people on the premises and reporting any irregularities; carrying out minor repairs; duties also include operating the entrance gate; controlling vehicle traffic; monitoring CCTV footage; managing the internal car park; carrying out building evacuations in the event of a fire or emergency; following procedures in the event of specific incidents; guarding the premises; Operating monitoring equipment. Responsibilities of reception staff: Preventing theft and damage to property.
