Social inclusion)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duration: 2020-11-02- 2023-09-30<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partnership: MOST Association in cooperation with the City of Zabrze and the Forum of Non-Governmental Organisations Working for the Benefit of the Disabled, the Sick and their Families called \u201eTOGETHER\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Value of the project<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The total value of the project is PLN 2 196 191.93 ,&nbsp;<br>of which the funding obtained is PLN 2,086,382.33,&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>of which PLN 1 866 763.14 from the European Social Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The object of the Social Integration Centre in Zabrze will be the implementation of social employment and the professional and social reintegration of people at risk of social exclusion through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- training in skills to fulfil social roles and achieve social positions available to those who are not socially excluded;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- acquisition of vocational skills and apprenticeships, retraining or upgrading of vocational qualifications;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- learning to plan one's life and meet one's needs by one's own efforts, especially through the possibility of earning one's own income through employment or entrepreneurship;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- teaching the ability to manage money rationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In accordance with the Social Employment Act of 13 June 2003, the Centre's services can be used in particular:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- Homeless people implementing an individual programme to exit homelessness, within the meaning of the provisions on social assistance,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- Alcohol-dependent persons, having completed a psychotherapy programme in a drug treatment facility,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- addicted to drugs or other intoxicants, after completing a therapeutic programme in a health care facility,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-mentally ill, as defined by mental health legislation,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the long-term unemployed within the meaning of the provisions on employment promotion and labour market institutions,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- those released from prisons who have difficulties integrating into the community, within the meaning of the provisions on social assistance,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- refugees implementing an individual integration programme, within the meaning of the provisions on social assistance,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- disabled persons, within the meaning of the provisions on professional and social rehabilitation and the employment of disabled persons, who are subject to social exclusion and, due to their situation in life, are unable to satisfy their basic needs by their own efforts and are in a situation causing poverty and preventing or restricting their participation in professional, social and family life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Individuals who cannot benefit from the assistance offered by the Social Employment Act are those who are entitled to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unemployment benefits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pre-retirement benefit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pre-retirement benefit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social pension;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>structural pension;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>incapacity pension;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pensions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main objective of the project is to increase the level of socio-professional integration of 145 people at risk of social exclusion (87K\/58M) living in Zabrze and the neighbouring cities, through individualised and comprehensive support, including min:  : within the CIS, the activities of which will be covered by no less than 40 persons, and a reintegration-training and placement block, for a total of 105 persons to whom support will be provided in an individualised manner, according to their needs and capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone wishing to change their life, improve their professional qualifications, strengthen their self-esteem is welcome to take advantage of :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>social employment on the basis of the Individual Social Employment Programme implemented in two groups: renovation, construction and cleaning, care and administration,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>integration benefits,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vocational training,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coaching,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>training grant,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vocational traineeships (persons registered with the PUP, disabled persons),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal, psychological and family counselling,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>employee package,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>social and civic education guidance,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The project
