{"id":3283,"date":"2013-05-01T14:41:00","date_gmt":"2013-05-01T12:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mostkatowice.pl\/?p=3283"},"modified":"2024-07-12T14:45:45","modified_gmt":"2024-07-12T12:45:45","slug":"career-path-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostkatowice.pl\/en\/career-path-2013\/","title":{"rendered":"Direction of work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In early May 2013, the MOST Association launched a partnership project entitled \u201eKierunek praca\u201d,&nbsp;<strong>the aim of which is to improve the professional skills of 45 people with disabilities from Rybnik, Katowice, Siemianowice \u015al\u0105skie and the surrounding area, to help them gain work experience and to support them in finding employment<\/strong>. The project will run until June 2015 and is being implemented by the MOST Association for the Support of Non-Governmental Organisations, the \u201eRazem\u201d Association for the Support of People with Disabilities and Their Communities in Rybnik,\u00a0 the UNIKAT Association for the Support of Creative Activities from Katowice, the District Employment Office in Siemianowice \u015al\u0105skie, and Kalich from Rybnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project will involve 45 people with disabilities who are economically inactive or unemployed (15 from Rybnik, 15 from Katowice and 15 from Siemianowice \u015al\u0105skie). Project participants will benefit from a comprehensive support programme \u2013 ranging from an assessment of individual potential and support from a careers adviser to participation in vocational courses that will prepare participants to take up employment in line with their planned career development path.&nbsp;<strong>The project also provides for 30 participants to gain work experience through six-month paid work placements.&nbsp;<\/strong>Each of the 45 project participants will receive support from a job coach, who will help them find employment. In addition, the project plans to procure the services necessary for participants to take up employment:&nbsp;<strong>subsidies for equipment, beauty treatments, etc.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All support (course duration, placement locations, etc.) will be tailored to the individual potential of the project participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project will also provide support to the immediate families of people with disabilities through individual legal and psychological counselling, and the 12 most active parents, children or spouses of project participants will be able to take part in tailored vocational training courses and an entrepreneurship course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project is made possible thanks to co-funding from the European Union under the Human Capital Operational Programme, Priority VII: Promotion of social inclusion, Measure 7.4 \u201ePeople with disabilities in the labour market\u201d.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pocz\u0105tkiem maja 2013 roku Stowarzyszenie MOST rozpocz\u0119\u0142o realizacj\u0119 partnerskiego projektu: \u201eKierunek praca\u201d,&nbsp;kt\u00f3rego&nbsp;celem jest wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych, zdobycie do\u015bwiadczenia zawodowego oraz&nbsp;wsparcie w&nbsp;podj\u0119ciu zatrudnienia 45 os\u00f3b z&nbsp;niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bci\u0105 z&nbsp;Rybnika, Katowic, Siemianowic \u015al\u0105skich i&nbsp;okolic.
