Social inclusion)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duration: 2019-01-01 - 2021-12-31<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br><\/strong>Partnership: Forum of Non-Governmental Organisations Acting for Disabled Sick People and Their Families under the name \u201eTOGETHER\u201d in cooperation with the NGO Support Association MOST<br>and the FORUM Social Cooperative<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project for dependent people with disabilities aged 60+, residents of<br>from Zabrze and the surrounding area provides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possibility of care services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibility to use assistant services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to participate in Senior Club activities - with the support of a carer\/assistant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Senior Citizens' Club activities (2 x weekly) will include general fitness activities with a meal provided for the participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>computer classes (including use of the Internet);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>improving (e.g. yoga)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cultural education activities (e.g. going to the cinema, theatre)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>psychological and family counselling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creation of a self-help group among senior citizens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project participant is charged a fee constituting the required minimum own contribution to the project, which includes a surcharge for the employment of assistants for persons with disabilities in the project and participation in the Senior Citizens' Club.
