The project, implemented by the MOST Association between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2026, supports NGOs working in the field of social and professional integration and reintegration that want to participate in the lawmaking process. Support is as individualised as possible - tailored to the development needs of specific NGOs and their representatives<\/strong>. As a result of the project activities, 30 NGOs will develop and min. 150 people from these organisations will receive substantive support. In turn, min. 90% of the target group (136 persons) will take part in the whole planned support path and obtain a certificate confirming the acquisition of new competences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project objectives<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the project is to develop the potential of 30 NGOs from the \u015al\u0105skie and Ma\u0142opolskie voivodships and Opolskie, \u0141\u00f3dzkie, \u015awi\u0119tokrzyskie and Podkarpackie voivodships<\/strong> working in the area of social and professional integration and reintegration, including social economy entities and social enterprises<\/strong> to participate in the law-making process and to co-create, monitor and evaluate public policies in their areas of activity and to strengthen their capacity for advocacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description of results:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • 30 NGOs will participate in the lawmaking process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 30 NGOs will develop through the implementation of an NGO development strategy in the area of lawmaking and a human resources development strategy,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 136 people working in NGOs will increase their competences in NGO management and participation in the law-making process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • in 136 people working in NGOs working in the field of lawmaking, knowledge will increase 
    of lawmaking within the scope of the project,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • in 136 people there will be an increased awareness of the importance of public participation in the lawmaking process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • to the 24 pieces of legislation being drafted at national level, precise comments will be drawn from the NGOs' day-to-day experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In addition, the project will create<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • 15 legal expertise to identify proposed solutions to the difficulties in the day-to-day operation of reintegration entities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 15 recommendations for changes to legal acts in the area of social and professional integration and reintegration,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 15 articles promoting expertise in the knowledge base on public consultation and participation in the lawmaking process: akademiango.pl,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 30 descriptions of problem situations in specific NGOs anonymised and published in the knowledge base on public consultation and participation in the lawmaking process: akademiango.pl,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 30 developed strategies and 120 procedures for NGOs wishing to participate 
      in the law-making process,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 1440 hours of training (48 hours per participant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • integration trip. The aim of the trip will be to develop a proposal for the development of a system of integration and reintegration activities in Poland. During the trip, participants will be able to benefit from the support of a mentor, advisor and experts in law-making. Number of training hours: 48.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • electronic publication on the development of a system for integration and reintegration measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
