A place on the list of project participants is determined by the date of receipt of the application form and the number of additional points awarded for bonus criteria,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisations that have been provisionally selected for the project must submit application forms to the project office within 14 days, confirming the eligibility of the organisation and the individuals nominated by it.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the documents are not returned, the next organisation on the ranking list that meets the criteria for participation in the project will be selected.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisations nominating their members\/representatives to take part in the project, once they have been informed of their eligibility, must, within 14 days of receiving the eligibility decision and before receiving any funding, submit the following documents in hard copy to the project office:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/akademiango.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Formularz-zgloszeniowy-UP-ANGO.pdf\">Application form<\/a>&nbsp;at least 5 people delegated by the organisation, together with a declaration of participation in the project;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 statements from each project participant regarding&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/akademiango.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/RODO-ANGO.pdf\">consent to the processing of personal data<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/akademiango.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Formularz-zgloszeniowy-NGO-ANGO.pdf\">Formularz zg\u0142oszeniowy instytucji<\/a>&nbsp;deleguj\u0105cej wraz z&nbsp;deklaracj\u0105 uczestnictwa instytucji w&nbsp;projekcie oraz&nbsp;delegacj\u0105 cz\u0142onka, pracownika, wsp\u00f3\u0142pracownika lub wolontariusza organizacji pozarz\u0105dowej do&nbsp;uczestnictwa w&nbsp;projekcie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>a document confirming that activities have been carried out in the field of social or vocational integration and reintegration<\/strong>. These may include references, certificates, information on completed projects, certificates of project completion, etc. This requirement does not apply to organisations listed in publicly accessible registers, e.g. the KIS, CIS, WTZ, ZAZ registers and others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisations or their representatives must submit the application documents in person at the project office (ul. Kopernika 14, 40-064 Katowice) or send them by post to the project office. Zadzwo\u0144:&nbsp;<strong>730 007 267<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udce7 Lub napisz:&nbsp;<strong>agnieszka@mostkatowice.pl<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nie&nbsp;zwlekaj, liczba miejsc jest ograniczona! \ud83d\udd52<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak przebiega praca w&nbsp;projekcie?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the project, each non-governmental organisation will follow its own individual development pathway:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifying the organisation\u2019s training and development needs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivering general training (24 hours) and consultancy services that will contribute to the development of the organisation\u2019s strategy,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drawing up a strategy for the organisation\u2019s development and a training plan to support that development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery of bespoke specialist training courses for organisations (24 hours).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drawing up at least four procedures for the organisation to assist with its operations (e.g. a new employee induction procedure, a public procurement procedure, a promotion procedure, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase of a mini development pack for the organisation (books and software up to 1,300 z\u0142).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project will culminate in a joint trip bringing together all 30 organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By taking part, your organisation will become stronger and will have&nbsp;<strong>a well-developed strategy and procedures to streamline operations<\/strong>.
