Type of public task<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Institutional development: ensuring the stability and modernity of guidance organisations and improving the quality of service delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A public service project carried out by MOST Association<\/strong>, aims to systematically strengthen the Association\u2019s statutory activities by the end of 2025 and to improve the accessibility and comprehensiveness of the counselling services it provides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is being carried out during the period 1 January 2024 \u2013 31 December 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The amount of funding for the project is 405,998.86 zlotys.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project objective<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the project is to systematically strengthen the statutory activities of the MOST Association by the end of 2025 and to expand its capacity to provide counselling services. Through this project, MOST will develop institutionally, which will in turn lead to an increase in the number of counselling sessions provided. Furthermore, as a result of awareness-raising and information campaigns, people in need will receive comprehensive answers to their enquiries online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MOST will be strengthened at a strategic level in the following areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • the development of staff skills and qualifications, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the availability of guidance and information for people with special needs, including people with disabilities, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • modernising the premises where counselling is provided, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • promoting and raising awareness amongst potential customers of MOST\u2019s activities, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • fundraising, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • ensuring the security of digital data. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Target group<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    As part of this project, two target groups will receive direct support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. The MOST Association, as a counselling organisation,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The staff of the MOST Association.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The project will indirectly provide support to people in need.<\/strong> They will benefit from higher-quality counselling and support services provided on a daily basis by the MOST Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Action plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Powerful shots
      <\/strong>As part of this initiative, further members of the team will be trained to provide counselling services, and the management skills of staff at the centres and within the Association will be enhanced in the areas of management, promotion and marketing. It is also planned to train two or three people from each of the centres run by MOST in qualified first aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Accessibility and modernity of operations
      <\/strong>As part of its efforts to improve the accessibility of the advisory services provided by MOST to people with special needs, the Association will focus on two areas requiring improvement: investment in the equipment necessary to ensure accessibility, and training in digital, information and communication accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Informed customers
      <\/strong>As part of this initiative, ongoing activities will be carried out to promote MOST\u2019s counselling and support services online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Strategic planning 
      <\/strong>As part of this initiative, two team-building and strategic retreats will be organised for the Association\u2019s team. The aim of these retreats, under the guidance of an external trainer, will be to draw up the framework for MOST\u2019s staff development strategy and to establish the basis for developing MOST\u2019s strategy for the next five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Project outcomes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The main outcome of the project will be the institutional strengthening of the MOST Association as an advisory organisation. This strengthening will take place at three levels: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1.  Infrastructure<\/strong> \u2013 the modernisation of the Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations in Katowice and the purchase of mobile equipment to ensure that its activities are accessible to people with special needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Substantive<\/strong> \u2013 staff training and the implementation of procedures to ensure the high quality of the services provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Financial<\/strong> \u2013 developing a concept for fundraising activities, and engaging those responsible for PR and digital security at MOST.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
