Our group is a space full of inspiration, social interaction and joy, where everyone can pursue their interests and draw positive energy from being amongst others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A variety of activities and workshops<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During their weekly meetings, the senior citizens take part in:<br>- <strong>Craft workshops<\/strong> \u2013 painting, sticking things on, making decorations and lots of other creative activities.<br>- <strong>Physical activities<\/strong> \u2013 gymnastics, relaxation exercises and activities to improve fitness.<br><strong>\u2013 Thematic meetings<\/strong> \u2013 discussions on culture, history, healthy living and current affairs.<br>- <strong>Integration<\/strong> \u2013 spending time together with people who share similar interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Participants<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our group is proof that age is no barrier to staying active and pursuing one\u2019s passions. Our senior members not only take part in the activities, but also share their experiences and skills, creating a unique atmosphere of mutual support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201eSocial Transformation of Katowice\u201d project is co-financed by the European Funds for Silesia 2021\u20132027 under Measure 10.24: Social inclusion \u2013
