On Saturday, 12 April<\/strong>, as part of the project's bottom-up initiatives\u00a0\u201eSocial Transformation of Katowice\u201d.\u201d<\/em>, in Katowice at 17 Piast\u00f3w Street, together with Hm. Pawe\u0142 Krawczyk's 32nd Water Scout Troop<\/strong>, we talked about the problem of food waste and we learned the secrets of preparing organic sushi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the workshop:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • We learned the basic techniques for preparing sushi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We learned how to plan our purchases sensibly and use the ingredients to the full,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We were inspired by a cuisine based on respect for food.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The workshop was led by a sushi master Damian Szyma<\/strong>, who showed how to conjure up something special from ingredients available in the home kitchen - without wasting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The event is organised by MOST Association.<\/strong> The implementer, as part of a local initiative, is initiative group<\/strong>, represented by Dawid Malczak.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This event was part of a series of \u201eFood - a good I respect\u201d.\u201d<\/strong> - because we believe that good things are worth doing together. It was a great opportunity to learn how to counter food waste in a practical and tasty way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
