June was full of get-togethers, conversations and singing together<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

June in the project \u201eThe Social Transformation of Katowice\u201d.\u201d<\/strong> For our senior citizens, the year was marked by lively get-togethers, developmental workshops and special social events. As always, our activities combined a friendly atmosphere with a focus on physical activity, personal development and interpersonal relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International meeting of senior citizens from Poland and Ukraine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A special event took place this month \u2013 an international meeting of senior citizens from Poland and Ukraine<\/strong> w Ma\u0142gorzata Herman\u2019s Senior Citizens\u2019 Club<\/strong>. It was an inspiring time, filled with conversations about culture, identity and shared experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The senior citizens sang Polish and Ukrainian songs, shared stories from their lives and talked about what unites them \u2013 despite their different languages and traditions. A genuine atmosphere of understanding and mutual respect was created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This meeting will remain in our hearts for a long time to come.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms Ma\u0142gorzata Herman<\/strong> and The \u201eWsp\u00f3lnie-Razem\u201d Association\u201d<\/strong> for your cooperation, openness and the opportunity to create such important moments together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regular classes and activities in June<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As well as special events, we continued with our regular classes:
\u2013 art workshops,
\u2013 memory and concentration exercises,
\u2013 physical and relaxation activities,
\u2013 activities aimed at social engagement and chats over a cup of coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to thank all participants for coming, for their enthusiasm, and for working together to create a senior-friendly space.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
