July - new challenges, new experiences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This month's meetings included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Physical activity with minimal effort elements<\/strong> - walks in the green areas of Katowice and a set of simple exercises: stretching, breathing, balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Memory and mind workshop<\/strong> - memory games, logic tasks and concentration-stimulating exercises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Thematic talks on ecology and intergenerational integration<\/strong> combined with manual workshops<\/strong> - creating simple arts and crafts together using coffee and wool, while talking about local initiatives, caring for the environment, the role of seniors in the community and sharing generational experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Atmosphere and participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Seniors form a unique community: open, creative and willing to work together. Their commitment, mutual support and willingness to explore new forms of activity make every meeting valuable and inspiring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
