August \u2013 a time for discovery and shared activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
In August, the meetings brought a fresh burst of energy and a variety of experiences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Craft workshops<\/strong> \u2013 working together to create simple art and craft projects, which provided an opportunity for socialising and conversation in a relaxed atmosphere<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Psychological exercises<\/strong> \u2013 sessions incorporating elements of \u201eself-awareness\u201d, discussions about emotions and strengths, as well as brief techniques for managing stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Physical activity<\/strong> \u2013 gentle classes incorporating elements of gymnastics and exercises to improve coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Atmosphere and participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Once again, the senior citizens have shown that they can combine openness with creativity. The sessions not only helped them learn new skills, but also strengthened their bonds and fostered mutual support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019d like to thank all participants for their enthusiasm and willingness to explore new areas. September looks set to be just as inspiring \u2013 see you then!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
