The project is aimed at 250 civil society organisations and 750 of their representatives from the Silesian Voivodeship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Measure 07.12 Development of civil dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tasks and activities carried out in the project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project planned comprehensive support for NGOs, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Building the NGO environment in the Silesian Voivodeship and improving its perception in the community<\/strong> - Within the framework of the task, activities strengthening cooperation and integration of non-governmental organisations in the Silesian Voivodeship will be implemented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support to organisations <\/strong>- The project assumes comprehensive support for non-governmental organisations from the Silesian Voivodeship, implemented by sub-regions (central, northern, southern and western) ensuring equal access to support throughout the region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Individual Development Plans (IPR) <\/strong>- each organisation participating in the project will receive a development path tailored to its actual needs, including a diagnosis, the selection of support instruments and the definition of expected results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Support focuses on key areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>management standards and procedures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reflexivity (strategic planning, theory of change, evaluation),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advocacy and participation in public consultations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quality of services (especially social services),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intersectoral cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key forms of support in each sub-region: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Training:<\/strong> workshops and specialised educational services to improve staff competences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advice:<\/strong> individual support from specialist advisors and assistance in developing and implementing the IPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Networking and animation:<\/strong> local animation, organisation of cooperation forums, study visits and reimbursement for participation in external integration events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participation and advocacy:<\/strong> support of an advocacy specialist, assistance in the preparation of advocacy processes and covering the costs of participation in public consultations and conferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Target groups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is aimed at <strong>250 civil society organisations<\/strong> and <strong>750 their employees or representatives<\/strong>, operating in <strong>of the \u015al\u0105skie voivodships<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project objective<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim of the project is to <strong>comprehensive capacity building of 250 civil society organisations from the \u015al\u0105skie voivodeship<\/strong> 2026-2028, by improving their standards of governance, quality of service delivery and effectiveness in advocacy and civic dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project outcomes and results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strengthening the capacity of 250 organisations<\/strong> civil society from the Silesian Voivodeship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support for 750 representatives of civil society organisations<\/strong> (including volunteers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Value of the project <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Value of project co-financing: PLN 4,738,617.32, including funding from the European Union: PLN 4 239 815.50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cBridges of Cooperation.
