How do we use the funds raised?
Every donation we receive is a commitment for us, not only financially, but above all socially. We see it as a real tool for change that must be used responsibly, transparently and in a way that has a lasting effect. Our aim is not to provide one-off assistance. We build processes that allow people to regain their stability and independence - step by step, without simplifications or apparent solutions.
In practice, this means that donor funds go where they have the greatest impact - directly to the people, but also to the support system that allows this change to be sustained.
Direct support - help that translates into change
The largest part of the funds is spent on direct work with vulnerable people. In 2025 we will have supported more than 3,600 people, is a concrete scale of action with real stories and real needs behind it.
- We finance individual specialist support - career counsellors, psychologists and experts who help participants rebuild their competences, confidence and readiness to re-enter the labour market. This is not a one-off consultation, but a process that requires time and continuity.
- We support competence development through workshops and vocational training. Through them, participants not only acquire new skills, but also learn to function in a work environment, to be responsible, cooperative and systematic.
- We provide the tools and materials needed for real change work. Often these things are basic, but without them the reintegration process is simply not possible.
It is at this level that donation ceases to be an abstraction and becomes concrete help for a specific person.
Social Integration Centres - an investment in sustainable impact
A key element of our work is the Social Integration Centres, where change does not happen once, but over time. They are spaces where socially excluded people can rebuild their lives in a safe and structured way.
The donations make it possible to maintain the continuity of the team - the instructors, counsellors and specialists who work with the participants every day. Without this continuity, the change process would be interrupted and its effects lost.
We fund practical classes and vocational activities that prepare participants for the realities of the labour market. It is not theory but daily work that restores a sense of empowerment.
We create a stable environment in which not only competence but also a sense of security and trust in other people can be rebuilt.
This approach takes time, resources and consistency, which is why donations are so important.
Strengthening communities - an effect that goes beyond
Our activities do not stop at the individual level. In parallel, we strengthen the NGOs and community initiatives that operate in the region. Thanks to this the effect of each donation is wider and more lasting.
- We support organisations through counselling, training and project cooperation, so they can act more effectively and reach more people.
- We build networks between institutions, organisations and local communities, allowing systemic solutions to be created, rather than just point-scoring actions.
- We empower leaders and socially engaged individuals, who later themselves become a source of change in their communities.
In practice, this means that one donation can affect many people and communities at the same time.
Sustainability - a prerequisite for responsible aid
One of the biggest challenges for community organisations is the instability of funding. A model based solely on projects and grants does not allow for long-term planning and continuity of activities.
Donations are changing this situation.
- They allow us to plan activities in advance and develop programmes responsibly, without the risk of sudden interruptions.
- They enable us to maintain a team of specialists whose experience and commitment are crucial to the effectiveness of our operations.
- They give us the opportunity to respond to real needs - when they arise, not when project funding comes in.
Financial stability is, in practice, stability of support for people.
Transparency and accountability
Every contribution matters and every contribution must translate into real impact.
We only use the funds donated by donors for statutory activities and use them transparently . For us, credibility is not an add-on, it is the foundation.
Your support - a decision that matters
Your donation is not an anonymous transfer. It becomes part of a concrete process - working with a person who is trying to regain stability and return to an active life.
From individual decisions, we build a system of change that works long-term and responsibly.
If you choose to support us, you become part of this change - not symbolically, but realistically.
