We are building real chances for a return to independence
Every day we work with people who are trying to start again
The MOST Association was founded on a simple but challenging premise: lasting social change is not the result of a one-off aid, but of a consistent process. Our idea is to connect people with people, people with institutions and organisations with partners so that everyone who has fallen on hard times has a real chance to rebuild their lives.
We do not offer temporary support. We build a way out. Every day, we work with people who are trying to make a fresh start: people emerging from homelessness, the long-term unemployed, people with experience of migration or people with disabilities. Their situations are different, but the mechanism for change remains the same - it takes time, stability and the right support at every stage.

Assistance that leads to independence
Fitness
At MOST, we believe that effective assistance is about restoring agency. That is why our activities focus not only on support for the „here and now”, but above all on preparing for independent functioning.
Activation
We do this through Social Integration Centres and activation programmes, in which change takes place step by step - from the first contact, through specialist support, to real entry into professional and social life.
Stability
We create the conditions for people participating in our programmes to: regain the rhythm of life, develop social and professional competences, rebuild self-confidence and return to the labour market.
Scale
Our activities have a systemic dimension. We support thousands of people every year and work with organisations that work for their communities.
Scale that translates into real impact
In 2025, we supported more than 3,600 people in a variety of programmes, including the unemployed, people with disabilities, migrants and youth. At the same time, we supported hundreds of NGOs, helping them to develop their activities and reach more audiences.
This means that the effect of our work goes far beyond individual projects - it affects entire local environments.
Strengthening people and organisations
MOST operates on two levels.
We work directly with people who need support to return to social and professional activity.
We strengthen organisations and grassroots initiatives that work for the benefit of their communities.
An idea that needs commitment
We do not change reality on our own.
Every MOST activity is based on collaboration, with participants in our programmes, community partners, organisations and individuals who choose to support us.
We think long term
We aim for lasting change that remains even when a single project ends.
We know that effective aid requires stability. That is why we build solutions that allow you to act responsibly, predictably and in a way that is tailored to your real needs.
We combine to make a difference
The idea of MOST is more than the activities of an organisation.
It is the belief that every person, regardless of their situation, should have the chance to return to an active life.
It is a decision to build solutions that work not only today, but also in the future.
