Who we help
Every day we meet people who are trying to start again
People at risk of social exclusion
We work with people who have been working for a long time have remained outside the labour market and social life. They are long-term unemployed, lacking a stable source of income and support from their environment, with a history of professional and life failure.
In addition to professional activation, our activities also include rebuilding a sense of agency and social relationships. Only on this foundation is a real and sustainable return to professional activity possible.

People with experience of migration
These are individuals who are attempting to establish a life in a new country. Their everyday life involves a language barrier, a lack of knowledge of the system and difficulties in finding their way in the labour market and the local community.
Persons with disabilities
They face barriers that limit their participation in social and professional life. Our starting point is not limitations, but the potential of each person and the possibility of developing it. We empower, build independence and create real opportunities.
Elderly and young people
Older people are at risk of social isolation, while young people need space for development and relationship building. Our activities help to strengthen social ties, counteract marginalisation and create conditions for active participation in community life.
We also help those who help others
Our activities also extend to NGOs, informal groups and community initiatives. We support them in developing projects, building teams and raising funds for their activities.
In this way, our impact is not limited to direct assistance, but strengthens the entire support system in the region and increases its effectiveness.
