Beneficiary of the Forum of Non-Governmental Organisations Working on Behalf of People with Disabilities and Illnesses
and Their Families „RAZEM” provides, as part of Project WND-RPSL.09.02.05-24-05G4/18-007, project title „Razem na Bytomskiej”, sustainability aimed at maintaining and strengthening the independence of people aged 60 and over
including people with disabilities, by providing systemic support for people who are dependent due to their age, in the following forms:
– A day centre for 30 participants,
– Neighbourhood Support for 40 participants,
– Activities to promote mutual intra-generational support through volunteering for 10 participants.
