We would like to inform you that on 12 May 2025 at 12:00 pm will be launched electronic recruitment requests for Support packages. The call will allocate 14 packages. The maximum value of support shall be up to PLN 2 500.00 gross as a single package.
Premise and purpose of the competition
The aim of the competition is to support non-governmental organisations based or based in the city of Katowice in their development activities. The support packages aim to increase the visibility and strengthen the organisational and operational potential of the selected NGOs in the local environment.
Eligible to apply for the Support Package
- Non-governmental organisations with their seat, branch or outlet in Katowice, in accordance with Article 3(2) of the Act of 24 April 2003 on public benefit activity and voluntary work.
- Organisations that did not receive support in the form of in-kind support or services as part of promotional or development packages in the project „Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations - we connect communities” between 2022 and 2024.
Submission of applications
An application for a support package (annex to the regulations) shall be submitted in electronic form via google form.

Deadline for submission of applications
Applications may be submitted from 12 May 2025 from 12 noon until 26 May 2025 at 12 noon by means of an electronic form.
Competition results
Applications will be assessed formally and substantively by COP staff appointed by the MOST Association Board.
Only applications that pass the formal assessment are subject to further substantive assessment.
The list of projects to be financed, together with the amounts awarded, is published on the following website www.mostkatowice.pl and www.copkatowice.pl.
The call provides for the award of 14 support packages.
The evaluation of applications by the Commission shall take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the closing date.
Annexes
The implementation of the support is carried out in the project ”Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations - we connect communities" implemented by the MOST Association, co-financed from the budget of the City of Katowice.
