Competition for COP 2024 Promotional Packages

Please note that from 20 March 2024. Applications may now be submitted to the competition organised by the Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations in Katowice for promotional packages for non-governmental organisations. As part of the competition, it is planned to award at least 6 promotional packs. The total value of a single parcel is up to 2,000 zł gross.

Purpose of the competition

The aim of the competition is to support non-governmental organisations with their headquarters or a branch in the city of Katowice in their promotional activities. The promotional packages are designed to raising the profile of selected NGOs within the local community.

As part of the package, a non-governmental organisation may purchase promotional materials and/or a marketing service. There is no fixed list of eligible expenses under the package.

How do I apply?

Applications for the promotional package (Appendix 2) may be submitted:
– by email – a scan of the completed and signed application form sent to the address cop.katowice@mostkatowice.pl 
– or in paper form, in person at the Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations in Katowice, 14 Kopernika Street and Wita Stwosza 7, between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and between 11.00 am and 7.00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Competition results

On the award of a grant It is on a first-come, first-served basis, whereby the date on which the MOST Association receives a correctly completed and complete application in accordance with the template set out in the Rules and Regulations is taken as the relevant date. 

If the allocation is exhausted, the call for applications will be closed. The results of the call for applications will be announced on the MOST Association’s website no later than 3 working days after its closure. The call for applications is deemed to have closed once the funds have been exhausted.

Each application is subject to a formal and substantive assessment carried out by staff at the Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations in Katowice. Applications that have passed the formal assessment are then subject to a substantive assessment (detailed assessment criteria – see the Regulations).

The implementation of the support is carried out in the project ”Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations - we connect communities" implemented by the MOST Association, co-financed from the budget of the City of Katowice.
