Please note that from 15 November 2023 Applications may now be submitted to the Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations in Katowice for promotional packages for non-governmental organisations. As part of this call for applications, the following will be awarded: 4 promotional packages. The total value of a single package is 2,000 zł gross.
The aim of the competition is to support non-governmental organisations operating in the city of Katowice in their promotional activities. The promotional packages are designed to raising the profile of selected NGOs within the local community.
Under this package, an NGO may purchase promotional materials and/or a marketing service. There is no fixed list of eligible expenses under this package.
How do I apply?
Applications for the promotional package (Appendix 2) may be submitted: by email – as a scan of the completed and signed application form sent to the following address cop.katowice@mostkatowice.pl or in paper form, in person at the Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations in Katowice, 14 Kopernika Street and 7 Wita Stwosza Street
from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
When is the deadline for submitting applications?
Applications may be submitted to 30 November 2023, by 7.00 pm, with the decisive factor being order of applications.
Competition results:
Each application is subject to a formal and substantive assessment carried out by staff at the Centre for Non-Governmental Organisations in Katowice. Applications that have passed the formal assessment are then subject to a substantive assessment (detailed assessment criteria – see the Regulations).
