MOST Association, City of Katowice and Bogucice Community Centre cordially invite you to take part in the free Eco Workshops, organised as part of the project „The Social Transformation of Katowice”.”. The event will take place 26 April 2025. w Bogucice Community Centre and is aimed at young residents of Katowice interested in ecology, healthy lifestyles and environmental protection.
For whom?
The workshop is aimed at people aged 15-29 years, which meet at least one of the following criteria:
- They reside in the Katowice area,
- They learn, study or work in Katowice,
- They are members or volunteers of NGOs operating in Katowice.
Participation in the workshop is free of charge, but places are limited - registration is required.

Workshop programme
Natural cosmetics (11:00 - 13:15) | Group of 10-20 people
- Introduction to natural care - relaxing introductory section, aromatherapy, Koshi-Terra sounds.
- A lecture on the use of plants, fruits, vegetables and essential oils in cosmetics.
- Tips for preventing food waste and using it in care.
- Practical part - making aromatic bath salts and scrubs.
- Each participant will receive a set of recipes for natural cosmetics.
Coffee break (13:15 - 13:30)
Balcony gardens (13:30 - 15:45) | Group of 10-15 people
- Creating your own green corner and making positive changes to your immediate surroundings.
- Planting - flowers and herbs in pots (each participant will take their plant home).
- Planting of fruit bushes - joint plantings of gooseberries and currants in the local space.
- Creation of seed balls - participants will prepare balls of clay, earth and meadow flower seeds to be planted in a chosen location.
The workshop is an excellent opportunity to learn practical skills, integrate with nature and reduce stress by working with plants.
