The project is co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled as part of Competition 1/2023 entitled „We can do more”.”
The aim of the project is to increase the level of social and professional activity 100 people
with disabilities from the Silesian Voivodeship over a period of 2 years, enabling them to enter the labour market and maintain stable employment.
The group of final beneficiaries (BO) will be people with disabilities residing in the area of the Śląskie Voivodeship, especially from the cities of Zabrze, Mysłowice, Gliwice, Katowice, Bytom, Ruda Śląska, Sosnowiec and the districts of Mikołów, Gliwice, Tychy and Pszczyna.
Both Women and Men will be supported.
These persons should have a disability certificate and be unemployed. They must also not be covered by the same activation measures under other tasks or projects financed from PFRON funds implemented at the same time.

- preparation of an IPD for all BOs
- career guidance
- job placement
- specialist vocational guidance including rehabilitation
- vocational training
- job placements
- support group
- social reintegration workshops.
