The MOST Association invites you to submit bids under the Inquiry No. 1/5/PFRON2/2025 to conduct training on MEDICAL REGISTRAR.
1. tenders and the required annexes must be submitted by 06.06.2025 until: 15:00 in person, by post or by courier service. The date and time of receipt of the tender shall be deemed to be the date and time of receipt at the following address MOST Association 274 Wolności Street, 41-800 Zabrze, or be submitted via email: a.klos@mostkatowice.pl

The electronic bid should be made on the bid form attached to this request for proposals or according to the same form scheme. The tender must be signed by the person(s) authorised to represent the Bidder. Scans of the required attachments must be attached to the offer.
