
The project is co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities as part of Call for Proposals 1/2021 „Reaching for Success”.
Its target audience is people with disabilities who:
- are residents of the Silesian Voivodship,
- have a disability certificate,
- are unemployed persons;
- are not covered by the same activation measures under other tasks or projects financed from PFRON funds implemented at the same time.
As part of the activities planned in the Project, all Participants will receive support: in the form of planning and implementation of an individual action plan (IPD), and in it we assume, inter alia:
- vocational courses,
- work placements,
- workshops to develop interests,
- support group.
The project is being implemented from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2024.
All activities carried out under the Project are free of charge for the beneficiary.
The aim of the project is to increase the level of social and professional activity among 120 people with disabilities from the Silesian Voivodeship over a two-year period, thereby enabling them to enter the labour market and secure stable employment.
The group of final beneficiaries (FB) will consist of people with disabilities living in the Silesian Voivodeship, particularly in Katowice and the surrounding towns.
These individuals must hold a certificate confirming their degree of disability and must be unemployed. Nor may they be covered by the same activation measures under other tasks or projects funded by PFRON and carried out at the same time.
At least 80% BO will consist of people with a significant or moderate degree of disability, or people with multiple disabilities, including intellectual disabilities.
