We’d like to invite you today to a two-day workshop on how to tackle your fears of speaking in public. You’ll learn to stop your knees from shaking, gain control of your voice, and step off the stage to thunderous applause! How can you do this? Come along to the free workshops organised as part of our „Meetings at No. 14” series and overcome your fear with us!

A bit about the workshops…
Shaky knees, a cold sweat running down your back… Your stress levels are at their peak, and you’d do anything,
to end up somewhere else and get it over and done with, or simply to get away.
This is quite a common situation for someone who has no experience of public speaking and has just been
faced with such a challenge. However, the ability to speak in public is not only useful
a professional speaker or teacher. It’s also very useful in everyday life – in

- The structure and purpose of the speech
- The basics of body language and articulation
- The importance of preparation
- The importance of improvisation
- You’ll receive constructive feedback – on what you’re doing well and what you still need to work on

In 2016, he was the director of the Silesian region for this organisation. During the 2020–2021 term, he was the club’s chairman
