Another month full of energy with Katowice's seniors is behind us!
Project „The Social Transformation of Katowice”.” creates a friendly meeting place for seniors, where they can develop passions, meet new friends and enjoy activities tailored to their needs in a relaxed, motivating atmosphere.
A diverse programme of workshops and activities:
- Creative handicrafts - painting, decorating with recycled materials and other artistic experiments.
- Gentle movement - gymnastics, calm exercises to improve mobility, relaxation for body and mind.
- Thematic meetings - talks on culture, regional history and health prevention.
- Integration and entertainment - playing games together, discussing over coffee, sharing hobbies and experiences.
A space full of good energy
Our meetings bring together people who enjoy being on the move and are keen to discover new challenges. Not only do the seniors enjoy the wide range of activities on offer, but they also motivate others with their talents, experiences and colourful stories, infecting them with energy for action. Friendliness, openness and a willingness to help each other create an atmosphere in which everyone feels recognised, needed and appreciated.
