The MOST Association invites tenders under Tender No. 1/2/PFRON/2024 for the provision of training in medical administration, including practical instruction in the use of the Mmedica software and/or other popular computer programmes used
in healthcare facilities
Tenders, together with the required supporting documents, must be submitted by 13 February 2024 at 15:00, either in person, by post or by courier. The date and time of receipt of the tender at the address Stowarzyszenie MOST, ul. Wolności 274, 41-800 Zabrze, shall be deemed the date of submission; alternatively, tenders may be submitted by email to: zapytania@mostkatowice.pl
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the tenderer’s name and address, with the following note:
„OFFER
to deliver training on the role of a medical receptionist, including practical instruction in the use of the Mmedica software and/or other popular computer programmes used
in healthcare facilities
Not to be opened before the deadline for submission of tenders.”
The electronic bid should be made on the bid form attached to this request for proposals or according to the same form scheme. The tender must be signed by the person(s) authorised to represent the Bidder. Scans of the required attachments must be attached to the offer.
Tenders must be submitted by 13 February 2024 at 15:00 to the address provided
