The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship 2014 - 2020, Measure 9.1 Active integration.
Project objective
The aim of the project is to implement Local Activity Programme activities in 3 districts of the city centre: Centrum, Piasek, Stare Miasto, with particular emphasis on activities based on self-help and voluntary work, activities of non-governmental organisations and local leaders, environmental, pro-employment and educational activities.
The project plans to support 67 people at risk of social exclusion who, through participation in the planned activities, will become involved in activities for the benefit of Mysłowice and acquire knowledge and qualifications necessary for the labour market.
Value of the project
The total value of the project is PLN 1 178 464.80 , of which the funding obtained is PLN 1 119 541.56. The remainder is the City of Mysłowice's own contribution.

Project activities
- Local animation within the framework of Local Activity Programmes (PALs), including in particular:
- opening and running of a Club for Local Initiatives
- animation work within PAL
- organisation of team-building picnics
- holding classes for local leaders - leadership school
- support for local leaders through specialised advice
- implementation of bottom-up initiatives in the framework of local development packages
- Direct support to project participants, in particular through:
- career guidance
- the provision of coaching support to participants
- participation in vocational courses
