The project is co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities as part of the Call for Proposals Call for Proposals 1/2022, entitled „Working Together”

It is aimed at people with disabilities who:

– are residents of the Silesian Voivodeship,

– hold a disability certificate,

– are people who are not in employment;

– are not covered by the same activation measures under other tasks or projects funded by PFRON and carried out at the same time.

As part of the activities planned under the Project, all Participants will receive support in the form of the planning and implementation of an Individual Action Plan (IAP), which will include, amongst other things:

vocational courses,
work placements,
workshops to develop interests,
support group.

The project is being implemented from 4 January 2023 to 31 March 2026.

All activities carried out under the Project are free of charge for the beneficiary.
