Regional Centre for the European Social Fund
In April 2009, a business began operating at 13 Rudzka Street in Rybnik Regional Centre for the European Social Fund, which provides FREE information, advisory and training services relating to the acquisition and proper use of ESF funds.
The centre provides assistance to all organisations in the Rybnik and Gliwice sub-regions (the towns of Gliwice, Jastrzębie Zdrój, Rybnik, Zabrze and Żory, as well as the towns and municipalities in the districts of Gliwice, Racibórz, Rybnik and Wodzisław) who are interested in securing funding from the ESF.
Schools, local government bodies, non-governmental organisations, businesses and individuals are eligible to benefit from the Rybnik ESF Regional Office’s support.
The centre has prepared a special offer aimed at the above-mentioned organisations operating in rural and urban-rural municipalities, as well as towns with up to 25,000 inhabitants.
Simply visit our office to receive:
• information on the possibility of funding a particular project from the ESF,
• information on free training courses organised under the ESF,
• advisory and training support in the preparation of projects and applications for ESF funding,
- a consultation to check the correctness of the preparation of the projects,
• advisory and training support to ensure the proper implementation of projects co-funded by the ESF (including in relation to accounting, reporting and promotion),
• assistance in establishing a project partnership.
All services are provided FREE OF CHARGE
The Regional Centres of the European Social Fund form a nationwide network of institutions that work to promote local development through the facilitation of activities, training, the dissemination of information and advisory services, with a view to establishing cross-sectoral partnerships.
ESF centres also facilitate the development and implementation of projects addressing specific social issues identified within a given municipality or sub-region, with a view to resolving these issues using ESF funding.
We guarantee you comprehensive, effective and professional support. The centre is run by a team of experienced experts from the Rudzki Business Incubator and the „MOST” Association of Non-Governmental Organisations.
The Rudzki Business Incubator has been operating since 2005 as part of the National Services System. It specialises in training, information and advisory services. The Incubator develops and implements projects, runs training courses for people seeking a new career path, and promotes individual entrepreneurship.
The MOST Association ran the Regional ESF Centre from 2007 to 2008, covering the whole of the Silesian Voivodeship.
The Regional ESF Centre in Rybnik ceased operations in December 2014.
