People with Disabilities as part of Competition 1/2025 entitled „The Power of Possibilities”.
The aim of the project is to increase the level of social and professional activity
150 people with disabilities from the Silesian Voivodeship over a three-year period, which will enable them to enter the labour market and secure stable employment.
The group of final beneficiaries will consist of people with disabilities living in the Silesian Voivodeship, particularly in the towns of Zabrze, Mysłowice, Gliwice, Katowice, Ruda Śląska, Sosnowiec and the districts of Mikołów, Gliwice, Tychy and Pszczyna.
Both Women and Men will be supported.
These individuals must hold a valid disability certificate and be unemployed. They must also not be covered by the same activation measures
as part of other tasks or projects funded by PFRON and carried out at the same time.
The main project activities are:
- preparation of IPDs for all BOs
- career guidance
- employment agency
- specialist career guidance, including rehabilitation support
- vocational training
- work placements
- social skills workshops.
