Do you coordinate a project at an NGO or help with its financial reporting? Do you have little, medium or a bit more experience? Your experience is valuable to us — please complete the survey and help us design support that truly meets the needs of those working on social projects.
What is the study about?
The aim of the study is to gain an understanding of the experiences of people involved in the preparation and implementation of projects within non-governmental organisations. We want to find out which tasks related to project coordination pose the greatest difficulties, what knowledge and support those working on projects need, and what solutions facilitate their implementation. There are no right or wrong answers — we are interested in real-life experiences and the practical aspects of NGO work.
How will we use the results?
This questionnaire forms part of the MOST Association’s „Project Coordinator School” project, funded by the National Institute for Freedom – Centre for the Development of Civil Society, as part of the Government’s NOWEFIO Civic Initiatives Fund Programme for 2021–2030. The results of the survey will be used to develop a Standard for the Management of Social Projects, the Project Coordinators’ School programme, and recommendations on simplifying the implementation of social projects.
