A graduate in East Slavic Philology from the University of Silesia and in community development from the University of Gdańsk. An expert in fundraising for inspiring initiatives, organisational development and the digitalisation of operations within non-governmental organisations.

She gained her experience by preparing and implementing projects for the MOST Association, the Droga Association, the Silesian Third Sector Network and the Pomyslova.pl Foundation, as well as by assessing grant applications for various institutions. To date, she has managed to secure several million for social initiatives.
