A specialist in project accounting and reporting, as well as a specialist in social and professional reintegration. On a day-to-day basis, she supports people at risk of exclusion – including the unemployed and people with disabilities – in returning to the labour market and to an active social life. She is involved in job placement, organising work placements and providing career support.

At work, she stands out for her openness, empathy and excellent interpersonal communication skills. She easily builds an atmosphere of trust, shares her experience and effectively supports others in achieving their goals. She is a committed, kind-hearted person with a knack for motivating others; her strengths lie in her personalised approach and her concern for the needs of others.

A graduate of the Higher School of Marketing Management and Foreign Languages in Katowice, where she studied Business Management in Domestic and International Markets. She also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources and Payroll at WSB Merito University in Chorzów and in Human Resource Management at the University of Administration in Bielsko-Biała. In addition, she completed a basic training course in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and a career counsellor course.
