A project coordinator, she manages teams and monitors the course and settlement of projects financed from national and EU funds. Currently, she is the manager of the Centre for Social Integration (CIS) in Zabrze, where she is responsible for coordinating the centre's activities, supervising project implementation and supporting participants in the process of social and professional reintegration. Her competencies also include career counselling, where she supports jobseekers in defining their career path, preparing application documents and developing their professional competences. In addition, as a project settlement specialist, she is responsible for the correct settlement of funds, preparation of reports and project documentation.
