A graduate of the Upper Silesian School of Commerce in Katowice (now the Upper Silesian Academy), specialising in International Economic Relations. She completed postgraduate studies in Law and Administration at the University of Silesia and in Public Procurement at the Humanitas University of Applied Sciences in Sosnowiec.

For over 20 years, he has been involved in securing, managing and coordinating projects co-financed from external sources, including both so-called EU funds and national funds. She has experience in human resources management and business consultancy in the field of securing external support for starting up and developing business activities. She has been working in the NGO sector for several years, having previously worked in local government.

In her spare time, she restores furniture and makes cosmetics from natural ingredients.
