Barbara Rucińska

Barbara Rucińska is an experienced vocational instructor, combining technical knowledge with social preparation. She graduated from . Mechanical Engineering Secondary School majoring in mechanical engineering and plant engineering, and IT study, graduating as a technician. She expanded her qualifications by course for carers of the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as on specialisation in the organisation of social welfare gained at the Olsztyn Business School.

At the Centre for Social Integration, she acts as a mentor. care and administration group, where she supports participants in the development of practical and social skills. Her work is characterised by a combination of kindness, empathy and readiness to help with consistency and a demanding approach that fosters responsibility and self-reliance among participants.
