Kateryna has many years of experience working with people - building relationships, establishing rapport, organising teams and leading development and coaching activities. Over the years, she has worked in leadership positions where she developed skills in management, communication and supporting others to achieve their goals.

Since November 2023, she has been associated with the MOST Association, where she works as an integration specialist. On a daily basis she supports people with migration experience, especially Ukrainian citizens, helping them to find their way in Poland, to go through the adaptation process and to reach the appropriate institutions and forms of support depending on their life situation.
