Tadeusz Kapica
Tadeusz Kapica is an experienced vocational instructor at the Centre for Social Integration. For many years, he has been running construction and cleaning group, in which he shares the knowledge and skills he has acquired in his professional practice. He graduated from Mining technical college, with a secondary technical education.
In working with participants, the following stand out reliability, patience and consistency, enabling him to teach and motivate effectively. His extensive experience allows him to combine a high level of technical skills with a supportive and development-oriented approach for people in the process of socio-professional reintegration.
