You are cordially invited to a unique educational and cultural meeting „With music about history - 160 years of Katowice”! This coming Tuesday, 3 June, Karola Miarki Square in Katowice will be transformed into a space for intergenerational integration - full of music, history, children's attractions and ecological inspiration.

What's on the agenda?
- Historical lectures and presentations about the history of Katowice (e.g. how a village became a city, famous citizens of the city),
- Concerts local bands and artists (including accordionists from „Katowice Kleofas”, the „Zawodzianki” singing group, a duo of a violinist and a pianist with original repertoire),
- Exhibition archival photographs depicting the history of the city,
- Animation, games and activities for children (12:00-16:00),
- Workshops and environmental education stands promoting sustainable lifestyles.
For whom?
The event is for all residents - whatever your age! Children, young people, adults and seniors are welcome to join in the fun and learning. The event is inclusive, intergenerational and educational - everyone will find something for themselves and learn something new about the city. Participation in the event is free of charge - just come and join us on this special day!

The event is organised by MOST Association. The implementer, as part of the local initiative, is initiative group represented by Stefania Przybyla and Agata Kaczmarczyk, and co-implementers are Senior Citizens„ Club ”Promyk", Da Moc Foundation and Society of Friends of Katowice.
