The Centre for Social Integration in Mysłowice, as part of the project co-financed by the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (European Social Fund +), will employ 2 persons who will lead vocational reintegration activities in the building and caring workshops (3/4 time). Possible contract period until 31.08.2027.
The main tasks will include:
- Ongoing cooperation with the CIS manager, social and vocational reintegration specialist, social worker in the implementation of the Individual Social Employment Programme for CIS participants,
- Vocational training for CIS participants,
- Development of the training programme,
- Providing vocational integration classes,
- Assessment of participants' skills and qualifications,
Requirements:
Job instructor:
- the title of master in the profession they will be teaching, or in an occupation falling within the scope of the profession they will be teaching,
- pedagogical preparation required for teachers, as specified in separate regulations or completed pedagogical course, organised on the basis of separate regulations, the programme of which was approved by the school superintendent and included a total of at least 70 hours of classes in psychology, pedagogy and methodology and 10 hours of methodological practice,
or
- completed, before 6 January 1993, a pedagogical course entitling the holder to act as a practical vocational training instructor.
Practical training instructors who do not hold a master's degree should have:
- pedagogical preparation or completed pedagogical course (it is possible to complete the pedagogical course during the project)
and
- a certificate of completion of a technical school, supplementary technical school or equivalent, or a certificate of completion of a post-secondary or post-secondary school and a vocational title in a profession related to the profession they will teach,
- at least two years' work experience in the profession they will be teaching,
or
- a vocational secondary school leaving certificate and a skilled worker's degree or equivalent in the occupation they will be teaching,
- at least two years' work experience in this profession acquired after obtaining the professional title,
or
- a certificate of graduation from a general secondary school, a technical secondary school, a specialised secondary school, a supplementary general secondary school, a technical secondary school and a supplementary technical secondary school teaching a profession other than the one which they will teach, or from a secondary vocational school and a qualified worker's title or equivalent in the profession which they will teach,
- at least two years' work experience in this profession acquired after obtaining the professional title,
or
- a university degree in a subject (specialisation) appropriate to the profession they will be teaching,
- at least two years' experience in the profession, acquired after obtaining the diploma
or
- a university degree in another field (specialisation),
- at least two years' work experience in the profession they will be teaching.
