We warmly invite you to a workshop on interpersonal communication and the Radical Forgiveness method. During the workshop, you will learn about the basic styles of interpersonal communication, identify your own dominant communication style, and discover how this might contribute to communication difficulties.
You’ll also find out:
1. How do conflicts arise,
2. Where to seek help in resolving personal communication difficulties,
3. What are the methods for dealing with these difficulties – in particular, you will learn about the Radical Forgiveness method.
For whom?
This workshop is designed for people who wish to learn the basics of communication, understand the causes of conflict and resolve it using an approach based on the methods of Radical Forgiveness.

Leading:
Joanna Krusche – I am a mental coach and a certified trainer in Radical Forgiveness using Colin Tipping’s method. I help clients break through career deadlocks and navigate the turbulence of their personal lives. Through one-to-one sessions, I help clients deal with feelings of hurt, work through unhelpful beliefs, and distance themselves from toxic relationships, so that they can ultimately become stronger and look after themselves. I know first-hand the hardships of being the child of a narcissistic parent, and I have my own tried-and-tested method for dealing with this. I also run group programmes, including „I’m saying stop to the narcissist” and „How to survive the festive season”. I work both online and in person at my practice in Katowice. I love exploring the mechanisms and secrets of the human psyche, both for my own benefit and that of others 😉
