On Saturday, 12 April, as part of the project's bottom-up initiatives „Social Transformation of Katowice”.”, in Katowice at 17 Piastów Street, together with Hm. Paweł Krawczyk's 32nd Water Scout Troop, we talked about the problem of food waste and we learned the secrets of preparing organic sushi.
During the workshop:
- We learned the basic techniques for preparing sushi,
- We learned how to plan our purchases sensibly and use the ingredients to the full,
- We were inspired by a cuisine based on respect for food.
The workshop was led by a sushi master Damian Szyma, who showed how to conjure up something special from ingredients available in the home kitchen - without wasting.
