Strengthening the capacity of the MOST Association in the area of fundraising within the framework of the Government Programme for the Development of Civic Organisations PROO 2022-2033

The project is being carried out in the framework of Government Programme for the Development of Civic Organisations PROO 2022-2033, Priority 1a - Supporting the statutory activities and institution-building of civic organisations. The funding provided by National Institute of Freedom - Civil Society Development Centre (NIW-CRSO).

Implementation period: 1 September 2025 - 30 June 2027.

The project aims to increase the financial stability and effectiveness of the MOST Association's activities by developing professional fundraising and implementing a long-term development strategy. The implementation of the project responds to the growing needs of the organisation resulting from its expanded activities, the large number of outlets and the changing financial environment.

The project strengthens the organisation in both the management and operational areas - creating sustainable tools that will enable MOST to continue to grow in a stable, planned and resilient way in the face of grant volatility.

Project activities

1. development of a 5-year MOST Development Strategy

A comprehensive document will be produced, including a diagnosis of the organisation, an analysis of the environment, the setting of strategic goals and a full fundraising strategy. Staff from all sites will be involved in the process, ensuring consistency and feasibility of implementation.

2 Recruit and employ a fundraising specialist

MOST will be hiring a professional fundraiser (0.66 FTE) who will be responsible for:

  • attracting individual and business donors,
  • building partnerships with the private sector,
  • conducting fundraising campaigns,
  • coordinating promotional activities related to the development of fundraising,
  • staff training in fundraising.

3. Development and implementation of a fundraising module in the CRM system

A modern integration module will be created:

  • online payments (PayU, Przelewy24, Tpay),
  • donor support and donor-journey pathways,
  • donation and event registration forms,
  • newsletters, SMS, petitions,
  • hosting and maintenance of the tool.

The module will be a key tool for developing fundraising and professional donor relationship management.

Assumed effects

  • increase the financial stability of the organisation through revenue diversification,
  • professionalisation of fundraising activities,
  • attracting new business partners and individual donors,
  • strengthening staff competences (min. 25 persons),
  • implementation of a unified, long-term development strategy for MOST,
  • the development of digital tools to support organisational management,
  • to raise the profile of the MOST Association in the region.
