We warmly invite you to a cookery workshop dedicated to the concept of zero waste, during which participants will learn how to prepare delicious desserts in a creative and responsible way, using ingredients that are often regarded as kitchen „leftovers”.
During the session, participants will not only learn about culinary techniques, but will also gain practical knowledge on how to avoid food waste and make use of food scraps in the kitchen.
Workshop programme:
- preparing mini desserts in jars with meringue, seasonal fruit and crumble,
- tartlets with cream and decorations made from chocolate and food waste,
- making a fruit vinaigrette and zero-waste accompaniments,
- tips on reducing food waste in everyday life,
- a presentation of the desserts prepared and a summary of the zero-waste principles.
